There is a $45 delivery fee unless your order meets one of the following requirements, with a maximum delivery range of 35 miles:

1. Address must be within 15 miles and

Order subtotal must be at least $170

2. Address must be within 16-25 miles and

Order subtotal must be at least $220

3. Address must be within 26-35 miles and

Order subtotal must be at least $350
