Brian Gorman
Owner, Executive Chef

Brian has gained much of his culinary expertise in New York at one of the country’s highest rated restaurants, Bouley. Food has been Brian’s passion since a very young age. Brian has traveled and cooked in many different countries all around the world and has worked with chefs such as David Bouley, Joel Robuchon, Mario Batali, and Bobby Flay.

From the Ritz Carlton to Naples Grande, Richard has the culinary knowledge of a Master Chef.
